ASSESSMENT DAY INTRODUCTION AND PHYSICAL TEST
You meet different applicants on the day of your assessment. You must be professionally appropriate and properly dressed. Your attendance will be evaluated. When everyone arrives, you get a brief presentation where the aircraft and accommodation representative explains to you the commercial plane and the filling of the hotel as the manager of the aircraft and the authority for accommodation. After a while, you all take an interest in icebreakers to encourage conversation and explain the dialogue. Similarly, you may be asked to undergo some physical assessments. IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
Your assessment day ends with a personal meeting. Only those contestants are selected who pass the assessment process in most of the different areas. This meeting involves a face-to-face conversation with an agent from the commercial and is the equivalent of a traditional job interview. Expect to be asked about your previous work involvement, education and opportunities you positively responded to during the day’s programme. This meeting is used to determine how well you will fit into the organization.
GROUP ACTIVITIES AND TESTS
Most candidates who complete the physical assessment proceed to participate in the program of collection. All types of programs are not related to being on a plane, but test your ability to work as a group. After participating programs, you may be asked to finish structuring a written test. These tests evaluate your language ability, problem solving ability and observation. The tests you give are usually done on paper and with a time limit, such as 30 minutes.
